Period 7: Embarrassment

Let's face it! Sometimes we do things that make us want to hide under a rock until the end of the year. Describe an embarrassing moment (or two) that you have had and what you did as a result. Be detailed!

I really like to dress up when I come to school and I try my best to be in school dress code. Anytime they make me change I feel embarrassed because it's often into something ugly. Another embarrassing moment was when my adventure outdoor class went outside and it starting raining so we came back into the school and stayed in the commons. My hair was wet and my shoes did not go with my gym clothes. I felt like I saw everybody in the hallway. -Jenissa

Hmmmm... My first embarrassing moment? The first embarrassing moment I had was when I played sports, in my church we play sports and, but it was mainly soccer, and I had the ball I'd kicked it to pass it but, it never go to the person I wanted to pass it to. It was my first time playing, so the ball never go to my teammate. The ball flew and hit Simone right in the head.. Head shot haha just kidding! I'd turn around and walk away.

My first embarrassing moment happened when I was in elementary school. It had just rained the day before, so the soil was really muddy and slippery. I was cognizant of this fact and walked around puddles, avoided questionable patches and was incredibly careful to avoid the muddy areas. That was until my friends came along...For some strange reason we all thought it would be cool to trade sweaters, so I ended up wearing my friend's blue jacket and she wore my red one. It was all fun and games until it was time to go in. I completely forgot about being careful and went to meet my class, by the bench, at an all out sprint. Needless to say, I slipped and fell flat on my back, ruining my friend's jacket. I tried to shrug it off as the eyeballs of, what felt like, everyone on the playground bore onto my muddy backside.

One of my many embarrassing moments happened when I was in elementary school, in 1st or 2nd grade. I was minding my own business climbing the monkey bars during reeses time and one of my friends came along and pulled my pants down. Classmates around us laughed, as well as alot of girls. I remember me turning really red and wanting to hide forever. I got into an argument with him later on in the restrooms with ended with both of us crying and hugging. This was elementary school, so don't judge! haha.

When i posted on my old English teacher's blog (hint hint) even though I'm not even in the grade she teaches anymore because I am a Junior who misses her class sooo much. This isn't even the period I have her... I had her 5th period xD. Lol.

Wow there's only three peope who blogged? This is a really easy grade and no one is taking an advantage of it. How sad. (Hey, maybe Ms. Willingham will give you credit for commenting on MY post xD ask her and see :) )

My first embrassing moment was when I was in my karate class and we was sparring. I was sparring a black belt 2nd degree and when I was going for a round kick to the head some how my pants fell down and i just froze. I sat there looking lost and just pulled them back up and kept going on about my day. At the end of practice everyone was talking about it and all I could do was laugh about with them. It was weird how it happen but also funny.

One of my embarrasing moments was when I played a wrong note really loud during an orchestra concert. You could even hear the wrong note on the recording. I couldn't really do anything, but continue playing like nothing ever happened. Even when you mess up in orchestra you are supposed to have a poker face so I just kept my composure and pretended nothing ever happened. I didn't feel very happy about how I played after the concert. In the end it didn't matter because there was always going to be another concert anyway.

My first embarrassing moment was when I was maybe in 6th grade? I was at Petsmart, and I was leaving the store. The day before I sprained my toe because I ran into a chair...As you know, they're alot of dogs and other animals at the store. I wasn't watching where I was going plus I was crippled and I walked right ontop of pee.... And I slipt and fell.. And the worst part was I had white shorts on, it was not only embarrassing but disgusting.

One of my embarrassing moments was when i was in 7th grade and i was walking back from the track in gym class. That time i was too busy talking to my friend that i didn't notice the stop sign and slammed right in to it. It was so embarrassing because everyone was laughing there heads off while i was rubbing my forehead which had a big bump on it, but i ignored everyone like nothing ever happened.

One of my embarrassing moments that always happens to me is probably when I see someone from the back of their head and I always think it's someone that I know. So, I call that persons name and when the strangers turns around it always ends up being somebody else.

The most embarrassing thing that has happen to me is when I be thinking some one is talking to me and i start talking back to them but they are talking to the person beside me and then i look over my shoulder and see the person and then i feel stupid and i try to play it off like im cool lol..

An embarrassing moment I had was when my family and I went to the mall. We were walking and I didn't realize everyone took a turn into one of the stores. I followed another family that was in front of us that seemed pretty similar and when one of them turned around, I then realized that wasn't my family I was following. I went back and looked inside the stores as I called my parents so I didn't look lost. There they were, laughing when I found them.

An embarrassing moment that i had was during my meeting for a club. Usually the club and everyone in it was really loud and like to talk over each other, suddenly one day where i thought it would be fun to talk over some people to. At the moment that i decided to talk really loud everyone got quiet and by quiet i mean like their all mute. They all just look at me like im a crazy person or something. I just randomly started talking and asking everyone about food because at that moment i had nothing else to say and that was the only thing that came to my head at the time, so i just went with what i thought best.

The most embarrassing moment for me was when I was in 1st grade. I was at lunch eating my food like everyone does. Somehow I went to grab a napkin to clean my mouth and I knocked over milk all over my pants. Everyone thought I peed my pants and started to laugh at me the whole day.

One time I was at school. I saw the back of this person's head. I thought she was my friend so I walked up to her and said "hey". She turned and said "who are you"? I thought to myself "oh my god fail" and my face began turning red and I just walked away. It happened a year ago and I still think it's embarrassing to this day. I see this random person a lot in the hallways and it always reminds me of the incident.

when i was getting a hair cut i accidentally sneeze & part of it was shave off! i was yelling! After that i told them just to shave it all off. That was my embarrassment moment in my life!

I think the most embarrassing thing for me is when I can't help a friend out when they need it most. Not with math homework, not with Facebook, but the problems that run deep, psychological, and even family problems. when I see people hurt and I know there's nothing I can do that hasn't been done to help them, I feel embarrassed as if I'm too weak to do so.
